| This unit purifies particulate matters(PM)
of diesel engine exhaust. When flue gas passes through the filter,
it repeats accumulation and regeneration on a regular basis
for purification. Due to inconvenience that the filter shall
be continuously exchanged if just the filter is used, particulate
matters are accumulated in the filter to burn them periodically.
Although it purifies 80% at least of smoke, it is expensive,
has low durability, and low output and rate of fuel consumption
due to increased exhaust pressure by the collected PM in the
filter. |
